Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: For standard orders we use USPS "If it fits; it ships" delivery method. Packages to most large US cities takes 3-5 business days. If you require next day delivery service, please specify in the instruction box in the order process. A customer relations rep. will contact you to confirm projected delivery date and cost.
Q: If my jewelry arrives damaged, what should I do?
A: Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer rep will help you find an equitable solution.
Q: If I would like a variation of the item listed, can you handle it? (Different length, color, etc.)
A: Please send an e-mail to email@example.com with a description of your request. Include your name and telephone number, so our customer relations rep, can work with you to try to meet your needs.
Q: Would you provide additional discounts for large orders?
A: Based on size of order and cost of materials, we will provide individual case based rates. The order must be at least $250. It is considered a custom order, so follow instructions listed above in custom order response.

Q: Are these the only items that you sell?
A: Our store located in Maywood, NJ has hundreds of items in jewelry, paper crafts, holiday gift boxes and seasonal offerings. We also have a couture jewelry line featuring one-of-a-kind pieces designed by our most skilled artisans. From time to time we will highlight our store selections on our web site, so visit it often. If you are near our center, please visit us Monday-Thursday from 10AM to 4PM.
Q: Will item received be identical to photo on web page?
A: If we are no longer able to obtain a component from our distributors at a reasonable cost, we reserve the right to substitute similar ones that will maintain the basic spirit of the piece.
